As a personal trainer for 10 years, I have tried every type of exercise and have trained everyone from college athletes to 90 year old retirees. I played soccer in college and after college I needed a competitive sport to play so I started training for triathlons. After getting skinny and fast, but not strong, I knew I needed a form of exercise that challenged me in a competitive way but made me strong. Being a trainer that could not do more than one pull-up also forced me to look for something more.
Crossfit was the answer. I started doing workouts on my own at first. Then I decided it was time to step it up, join a crossfit gym, and get a real workout in. I have never loved a â€œsportâ€ so much. Crossfit makes me strong, flexible, and makes me love coming to a gym. Try it, you wonâ€™t look back.
